The rectangular pattern suggests a basket weave. The hexagon pattern is used in
lattice windows. I saw an example of this window at the Edwards theatres at
Irvine Center. This design is also shown in a book: "Authentic Turkish Designs"
by Azade Akar, Dover Publications, 1992.
